Our process is streamlined so that it is not necessary to log in or register before ordering. However, if you choose to log in or register prior to ordering, we are able to provide a more personal ordering experience. You will need to log in to access your account information. To log in, enter your email address and password and click Sign In”.
How do I order?
Order Your Items

Our menu is now displayed. You can select the menu categories by clicking on the menu headings. The selected menu category items are shown in the center of your screen. To view the information about the items, you can either click on the menu item image (if available), or details. This will show the item with descriptions.
If you would like to add the item to your order, click “Add to Cart”.
If you would not like to order this item, click “to Go Back”.
To update the quantities, change the quantity as required, and click on “Update”.
To delete an item, change the quantity to zero and click on “Update Quantities”. Or select the remove box and click on “Update”.

Check Out
The “Checkout” button will be displayed when you have selected any item. When you are ready to checkout, click the “Checkout” button. If you need to add additional items, you are able to go back to the order, or add an item from the “continue shopping” page.
Log In
If you have not already logged in, a screen will be displayed so that you can log in or register at this time.

Enter your Contact Details

You will be prompted for contact details where you can be contacted at the time of scheduled order if required.

Select Order Option Required
If you select the delivery option, you will be prompted to enter the delivery address applicable to your location. However if you want to change your delivery location you can select change address and enter new details. Kindly ensure that all required fields have been filled in to ensure a speedy delivery. We need this information at the start of the order so that we can determine that we deliver to your area.
If you choose to collect/store pickup order, you will then be prompted to select the applicable location.
Schedule Your Order
Following your selection of either the delivery or the collection/store pickup options, you can then let us know specific time or date or anything special in add comments box. We need this information so that we can determine whether we are open at the time you’d like your order.
Order Payment

You will be able to pay cash and card. The order payment screen is then displayed. Select your method of payment through the radio button, and fill required information. Any discount coupon you have than insert discount code in the box and click “continue”.

Place Your Order
Your order is then displayed. Your order will not be placed until you click the “Confirm Order” button.
Can I change my order details after the order has been placed?
No. Once an order number has been issued at the end of the checkout process, you cannot change or amend your order online. You will need to contact the store directly by phone and request the necessary adjustments.
Is there a minimum order value?

No. There is no minimum order value. However if you want delivery then minimum order value is £15.00 and may add delivery charge according to location.

Why do I need to enter my address before I place my order?
We have to establish that your order can be delivered before you place your order. We use your address to tell us that you are within our delivery area.
Is my information secure?
Yes! All your details, including your credit card details, are encrypted using industry-strength security and transmitted over a secure link to our servers.
Can I pick up / collect my order?
Yes, just you select store pick up option on the Online Ordering Home Page.
Will I be able to pay in cash for my order?
Yes, we accepted cash.
Will I be able to pay by credit card?
All payment options are shown at checkout and if credit cards are accepted then this will display as an option.
